The problem is ; So much of Melbournes most important points of interest, are right on a V/Line route as the V/Line train enters the city.
However, most of the trains do not stop, due to lack of planning and foresight by the PTV management, such operations do not happen.
Solution : Add these locations to the already required list of required suburban stops for V/Line trains. That is perhaps except for a limited quantity of peak hour super-expresses.
Many other locations of which are currently required stops for V/Line trains should remain. Such as Dandenong and Caulfield.
